Your processes already exist. The question is whether anyone uses them.
From Word documents to a living process library in a morning. Built in Sweden, for companies that want their processes to be used, not just to exist.

From Word documents to a process library that stays up to date
The platform builds the library, gives every process an owner and a review date, and collects improvement suggestions from the people who work in the processes. The screenshots show the app as it is today, in Swedish.
Upload what you already have
Procedures, manuals and flowcharts in the formats you already use: Word, PDF or images. You need no template and no preparation.

Library Builder proposes your process map
First you answer a few questions about what you do, who your customers are and why they choose you. The answers follow the whole build as context, so a contract machine shop and a consultancy don't get the same map. Then Library Builder reads the material and delivers a draft on three levels: management, core and support processes. The context guides the interpretation, but Library Builder never makes up processes that are not in your documents.

Every process gets its flowchart
There are two routes, and they lead to the same result. Let the AI build a draft from your own documents, or gather the team in workshop mode. Then you have an AI process consultant at the table: it reads the process, points out what is missing and gives you the questions to ask, so the meeting is led even when nobody in the room is used to running a workshop. Most do both, the draft first and the workshop where things are unclear.

Nothing is published without someone approving it
You set the owner, review and approve. After that everything stays alive: version, change log and next review date follow every process.

Then comes what you actually pay for
Every process gets an owner and a review interval, so the reminder reaches the right person in good time. Employees leave improvement suggestions directly on the process, and what is decided becomes a task with an owner and a date. This is where a process library stops being documents and starts being a way of working.

The improvement module: from suggestion to changed process
The person who works in the process is the first to see where it snags. In NYTERIO they leave the suggestion directly on the process, instead of in an email that disappears. The suggestion is discussed in the improvement forum, becomes an action with an owner and a date, and when the action is done the process is changed and gets a new version. That is how a management system improves in practice, and no drawing tool can do it.
The improvement module is the part of the platform we are developing most right now. More parts are on the way, and those who already have NYTERIO get them without doing anything.

Behind NYTERIO is one person, not a big company. That is exactly the point.
I have seen the same thing again and again: organisations spend months mapping their processes, and then the documents just sit there. Not because they are badly made, but because they have no place where they are actually used.
NYTERIO is my answer to that. I have built it in Sweden, and the goal is for the processes to be where the work is done. If you have questions, you email me, not a support department. I also look after every pilot customer myself from the start, so the library is right from day one.
Filip Nyman, founder
have no process maps at all, or only draw them when someone asks for them.
14 % have no process maps at all, 31 % only produce them when the need arises. The study covers 292 companies in German-speaking Switzerland, so read it as an order of magnitude and not as statistics for your own country.
A process map that is drawn when someone asks for it is not a management system.
One fixed price for the whole company
We don't charge per user, but by the size of the company. A process library is only worth something if everyone can open it, and as soon as every new account costs extra, someone starts wondering who really needs access. The price is set by your size and the number of processes. Book twenty minutes and we will work it out together.
Common questions about NYTERIO
What is NYTERIO?
NYTERIO is a Swedish web service for process documentation and quality assurance. It reads your existing documents with AI run in Sweden and builds a process library on three levels, which you review and edit. All data processing takes place in Sweden.
How long does it take to build a process library?
The automatic pass takes about 20 minutes from uploaded ZIP to finished draft. Reviewing the draft before you publish usually takes another 30 minutes. It replaces consulting projects that otherwise take 2 to 4 weeks.
What does NYTERIO cost?
A fixed monthly price for the whole company. We don't charge per user, but by the size of the company. The reason is that a process library is only worth something if people actually open it: as soon as every new account costs extra, someone starts wondering who really needs access, and then the pricing model is working against the whole point. Everyone should be able to see how you work.
We give you the price itself in the booked call, because the scope differs between a company with ten processes and one with sixty.
What is workshop mode?
You use workshop mode when you sit down together to go through a process. NYTERIO reads the flow, points out what is missing in the content and gives you the questions to ask: who is responsible, what happens when it goes wrong, where the input comes from. In other words you have a process consultant at the table who leads the meeting, so the walkthrough is led even when nobody in the room is used to running a workshop. The questions are always about the process, never about a named person.
What happens to our documents when we upload them?
Uploaded flowcharts are analysed in working memory and never stored permanently by us. The file is kept for at most 30 minutes, so that you have time to ask for your flow redrawn, and is then deleted automatically. Documents you upload to Library Builder are only kept while the library is being built, and are deleted when you finish or cancel the build or ask for deletion under the GDPR. All data processing takes place in Sweden/the EU.
Do we need technical knowledge to use NYTERIO?
No. NYTERIO is built for quality managers, process owners and business improvement specialists, not for developers or BPMN experts. You upload your documents, review what the AI suggests and publish. You write no code and model nothing.
Can NYTERIO be used for ISO 9001 certification?
Yes. NYTERIO is built for ISO 9001:2015, especially clauses 4.4 (Quality management system and its processes) and 7.5 (Documented information).
Is NYTERIO available in English?
This website is. The app itself is in Swedish today, and so is what NYTERIO writes for you: process names, flowchart labels, reminder emails, help articles and PDF reports, also when your documents are in English. If your team works in English, tell me before you decide, and I will tell you honestly what that means for you. NYTERIO is offered to organisations in the EU and EEA.
